Appel Farm Music & Wine Festival
Saturday, June 3 (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and Sunday, June 4, 2017 (12:00 noon – 5 pm)
The Appel Farm Music & Wine Festival, presented by Bank of America, is a special 2-day XPN Welcomes Event. Featuring ten wineries from the Vintage Atlantic Wine Region: Auburn Road Vineyards, DiMatteo Vineyards, Monroville Winery, Paradocx Winery, Penns Woods Winery, Plagido’s Winery, Southwind Vineyard & Winery, Villari Vineyards, Wagonhouse Winery, and White Horse Winery. Beginning on Saturday, June 3, at 3:00pm, the Festival culminates in the early evening, with a concert at twilight. Guests can sample and purchase wine, shop at the Culinary Grove and Crafts Faire, or grab a bite to eat from a Food Truck, all while listening to musical guests Hotsy Totsy, Christopher Davis-Shannon, JUTAUN, and Swing that Cat. The wine continues to pour on Sunday, June 4th, from 12 – 5pm! Sit back, sip and enjoy musical guests Deirdre Finnegan and Dave Cohen, Joe Crookston, and David Uosikkinen’s In the Pocket (featuring members of The Hooters, Smash Palace, Richard Bush of The A’s, Ben Arnold, Jeffrey Gaines and more!)
Not ready for the weekend to end? Festival attendees can stay overnight from Saturday to Sunday in one of Appel Farm’s group cabins or they can tent camp under the stars. Guests will enjoy a bonfire, s’mores and a private concert. Great for friend reunions or Girls’ Weekends!
Other activities include a Sunday morning South Jersey Cycling Tour of beautiful Salem County sponsored by Subaru of America and a Kids Camp, where parents can drop off their kids for a fun-filled day of camp activities run by experienced camp counselors.
The Appel Farm Music & Wine Festival is the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year! Help Appel Farm raise funds to support their mission of providing quality arts education opportunities for underprivileged and underserved children and families.
